New Enhanced Electronic Program Guide (EPG)

 

We are pleased to inform you that we are in process of upgrading the EPG on your TV to bring to you an enhanced TV viewing experience:

 

1. You can now view Program Listings for the next 3 days and set your own Reminders to watch your favorite programs as and when they are aired.
2. You can easily search for your favorite program(s) by genre through our new Category listing page.
3. You can create your own favorite profile of program listings which you can easily browse and manage.  Other family members can also create their own personal program listing profile.  This feature also allows you to set control on the programs that your kids can watch.
4. You can view messages and promotions announced by us from time to time though the Info page.

Please note that the upgrade process will not disrupt your services or programmed favourites.  The following areas were upgraded on Friday 15^th December:

 

1. Jumeirah Islands
2. Jumeirah Furnished Apartments
3. International City
4. Dubai Internet City
5. Dubai Media City
6. Knowledge Village
7. Madinat Jumeirah
8. IBN Battuta Mall

 

All other areas will be upgraded in January 2007.  Early in the New Year we will mail to you a new EPG user guide together with the confirmed date for the upgrade for all remaining areas.
