New Enhanced Electronic Program Guide (EPG)

 

We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the upgrade of the EPG on your TV to bring you an enhanced TV viewing experience.

 

1. You can now view Program Listings for the next 3 days and set your own Reminders to watch your favourite programs as and when they are aired.
2. You can easily search for your favourite program(s) by genre through our new Category listing page.
3. You can create your own favourite profile of program listings which you can easily browse and manage.  Other family members can also create their own personal program listing profile.  This feature also allows you to set control on the programs that your kids can watch.
4. You can view messages and promotions announced by us from time to time though the Info page.

During February, a hard copy of the EPG user guide will be sent to you via post and will also be made available at our Sales Office – ground floor, DMC 14, Dubai Media City.
