You have the choice of selecting 10 fantastic
telephone features bundled in four Value-for-Money Packages.

|
- Call Diversion Immediate: You can arrange for all calls
incoming to your number to be transferred to another number
by dialing the appropriate codes to activate or deactivate
this feature.
- Call Diversion on Busy: You can arrange for a call incoming
to your number to be diverted to another number when your
phone is busy, by dialing the appropriate codes to activate/deactivate
this feature.
- Call Diversion on No Reply: You can arrange for the
transfer of all calls incoming to your number that are
not answered within a set time by dialing the appropriate
codes to activate or deactivate this feature. The time
period before calls are transferred can be set.
- Call Waiting: While engaged on a call, an extension
user with call waiting service is given a tone to indicate
that an incoming call is waiting. The user can then switch
between the two calls freely.
- Calling Number Delivery (Caller ID): This feature enables
you to have the callers number displayed on your
telephone, or associated equipment.
- Incoming Call Barring: The feature enables you to request
that incoming calls are inhibited, by dialing the appropriate
codes to activate or deactivate the feature. When the
feature is active, the caller receives an announcement
indicating that calls will not be accepted at that time.
- Outgoing Call Barring: The feature enables you to inhibit
the type of outgoing calls that can be made, by dialing
the appropriate codes to activate or deactivate the feature.
This feature is typically used to prevent certain types
of calls being made (e.g. International, mobile), and
deactivation can be protected with a password.
- Return Last Incoming Call: The feature provides for
an announcement to identify the last caller, with the
option to request the return of the call by dialing a
digit.
- Ring Back When Free: The feature allows you to request
for the automatic completion of calls to busy subscribers
when the called party becomes free, without having to
wait on the line or redial the called partys number.
This feature is only available where the called party
is on the DIC Telecom network.
- Third Party Conference: This feature allows an extension
user to place an established call on hold, and establish
a second call. The extension user can then speak to either
party alternately, with privacy, or establish a conference
call with both parties, or connect the other two parties
(transfer).
