Once you are a DIC Telecom subscriber, you may make any
changes to your contract by either visiting our sales
office or by faxing us an amendment form that is
available
here.

What telephone instruments can I use?
Most analogue telephone sets available in the United
Arab Emirates work on our network. These telephone sets
can be found in many telephone outlets or other retail
shops.
What are your telephone call charges?
Our telephony call charges are in line with the
applicable market rates offered by the national carrier.
I am relocating my residence within EMAAR properties,
will reconnection charges apply?
Yes they will. When relocating your residence within
EMAAR properties, installation charges based on the
services you require will apply. Please note that you
must fill and return the amendment form available here.
